The Winco EGD-24M electric countertop griddle features a large 24” cooking surface ideal for preparing a variety of foods at once perfect for restaurants, caterers and quick service. Each of the 2 heating zones is independently adjusted via a variable temperature control knob. This commercial-grade 24” electric flat top has a stainless-steel body and heavy-duty heating elements designed to withstand daily use in commercial foodservice applications. The 1/2” thick steel griddle ensures fast and even heating great for cooking everything from eggs and pancakes to burgers. A 3” backsplash and enclosure helps minimize splatter keeping surrounding surfaces clean.
